JAVEA - The charming town of Javea (or Xabia in Valenciano) lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, the most easterly points of Spain. The Coastline has a series of secluded coves blanketed with white sunbleached gravel and sand. You can choose between the popular beach of El Arenal or the quiet Granadella Bay, ideal for scuba diving or snorkelling. Discover the secrets of Javeas old town and mingle amongst its residents and enjoy a beer and tapas in the cobbled streets.
The Vineyards and orange groves cover this area, and typically farm houses with their Rio Rau arches used for drying the grapes to makes the regions famous raisins. To the North is the Natural park of Montgo which rises up 753m above sea level nuturing one of the most valuable botanical reserves in the land of Valencia.

TEULADA MORAIRA - Another beautiful won close to Javea, nestling between the mountains and the sea, the wonderful climate of this area boasts an average yearly temperature of 18 c. The coastline is approximately 8km long with fine sandy beaches and remote rocky coves. All the beaches are of a sufficiently high standrad to carry the prestigious Blue Flag Award.
The picturesque town of Teulada lies about 5km inland and is surrounded by vineyards, orange and almond groves and pine trees. Walk around the historic old town and enjoy the local market. Sample the local wine and produce...something for everyone. |
BENITATCHELL - Delightful village ideally located between Javea and Moraira. Typically Spanish with narrow streets and friendly shops and restaurants, this area is away from the hustle and bustle yet only 6 mins drive to the Coast. Join in the local fiestas and eat the huge Paella cooked for all the Residents and friends.
Walk around the local squares and enjoy the views to the coast and across the lush valleys.

Golf - For those who are keen golfers, or for those wishing to take up the sport for the first time, there are many excellent courses to be enjoyed in Costa Blanca.
These include La Sella Golf Club in Denia (18 hole, par 72) and Club Javea in Javea (9 hole, par 72).
Motorway - The A7 motorway runs north to south a few kilometres from the coast, with junctions 62 and 63 connecting to Jàvea. The N332 from Valencia to Alicante passes through Gata de Gorgos, from which the A-134 branches off to Jàvea. The A-7 Motorway Interchange Nº 63 (Benissa and Teulada) is 3 klms from Teulada. Roads - The N332 provincial highway passes within 1 klm. of Teulada town and it is a further 6 klms. to Moraira Village.
Airports - The international airports of L'Altet (Alicante) at 90km, and Manises (Valencia) at 105km, provide links to the major European capitals.
Railways - The railway station at Teulada Town is served by the narrow-gauge service between Denia and Alicante. There is no interchange into the national network at Denia and at Alicante it is some distance across the city to the main-line station.
Bus Services - A daily bus service provides connections to Alicante and Valencia. |
